form will NOT send your credit card information over the Internet.
It will simply allow you to print a filled in authorization
form. Please don't forget to sign it and then fax it to us.
Credit Card companies in Costa Rica operate under different regulations
and require that we have your signature on file.
This form is for the exclusive
use of EnjoyCentralAmerica S.A. and covers the services outlined
below:
Cancellation
and no-show policy: Cancellation and no-show policy: No
refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made
less than seven days prior to reservation date. A 50% refund
based on services purchased will be issued for cancellations
made seven to 15 days prior to reservation date. A full refund
based on services purchased minus an administration fee of
10% (minimum $50 per person) of the itinerary will be issued
for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to reservation
date. For confirmed reservations during Easter week or Christmas/New Year and for all airline tickets,
there will be no refunds. All itinerary and reservation changes will have to be made directly with EnjoyCentralAmerica. Modifications or cancellations made through hotels or other service providers will result in no-shows and no refunds will be issued. EnjoyCentralAmerica recommends the purchase
of travel insurance to all our customers.
Credit Cards will be charged upon reception.
